No optical artist could not be influenced by Piet Mondrian, whose style evolved from landscapes and still lifes into his geometric canvases. Like Mondrian Jerome’s style took him many years of experimentation to develop. In this “Homage to Mondrian”, Jerome uses bold primary compliments and muted secondary tones to create a dynamic and engaging composition.
